SMSByMeta is a Google Sheets add-on that allows users to securely sync contact information from Google Sheets with the SMSByMeta platform. 1. Information We Collect When you use SMSByMeta, we may collect: Google account email address (only for authentication when required) Google Spreadsheet ID (only for accessing the spreadsheet selected by the user). Contact information available in your selected Google Sheet, including: First Name Mobile Number Email Address API Key provided by the user to connect their SMSByMeta account 2. How We Use Your Information The collected information is used solely to: Authenticate your connection with SMSByMeta. Synchronize contacts from Google Sheets to your SMSByMeta account. Improve the reliability and functionality of the add-on. Provide customer support. 3. Data Sharing Information is transmitted only to SMSByMeta servers for processing the synchronization request initiated by the user. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties. 4. Data Security SMSByMeta uses industry-standard security measures to protect Google user data. • All communication between the add-on, Google APIs and SMSByMeta servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). • API Keys are securely stored and transmitted only for authentication with the user's SMSByMeta account. • Access to user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only. • We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. • Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service. 5. Data Retention We retain only the information necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal obligations. 6. Google User Data Protection SMSByMeta may integrate with OpenAI API to provide optional AI-powered features. Google Workspace user data obtained through Google APIs is never transmitted to OpenAI for model training. Only user-requested content may be processed for optional AI features. OpenAI does not use submitted API data to train its models when using the API service. 7. Artificial Intelligence Services SMSByMeta may integrate with third-party artificial intelligence services to provide optional features. Google Workspace user data obtained through Google APIs is never used to train AI models. Only user-requested content may be processed for AI functionality where applicable. The use and transfer of Google Workspace user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 8. Third-Party Services SMSByMeta integrates with Google Workspace APIs and SMSByMeta backend services. We do not share Google Workspace user data with third-party service providers except as necessary to provide the requested functionality. 9.
